Welcome to ZGO eSIM. By purchasing or using our eSIM products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZGO eSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. eSIM Products & Services

ZGO eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers. Our eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically. Once an eSIM has been activated or downloaded, it is considered used and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Activation & Usage

eSIM plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Data allowances are as described in the product listing. ZGO eSIM is not responsible for network availability, coverage limitations, or service interruptions caused by local carriers or network conditions in the destination country.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM QR code has been delivered or the profile has been downloaded. 

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or misuse our eSIM products. Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of your service without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZGO eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or connectivity.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
