Thank you for shopping with ZGO eSIM. Because our products are digital in nature, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All eSIM products sold by ZGO eSIM are digital goods delivered electronically. Once an eSIM QR code has been sent to your email or the eSIM profile has been downloaded to your device, the product is considered delivered and used.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The eSIM QR code has been scanned or the profile has been installed on a device
  • The data plan has been partially or fully used
  • The eSIM was purchased for the wrong destination or device due to customer error
  • Connectivity issues caused by local network conditions, carrier restrictions, or device incompatibility not disclosed at the time of purchase

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • A technical error on our end prevented delivery of the eSIM
  • The product delivered does not match what was ordered

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the chat box in the lower right corner of the website interface and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
